DURATION

7 days

This Training Week consists of two days of One to One – individual session system, One to More, where you learn to lead a class or a workshop, a seminar day and two days of a vision process. Chandrika and Sangitama will teach you from their vast knowledge and experience of working with people over the last 45 years. Firstly, they will help you develop your ability to give individual sessions and counselling. You will learn how to assess a problematic situation, how to design and apply an appropriate treatment plan, and how to evaluate the person at the end of the process and to refer them to further steps. In this process, you will learn to guide a person towards a solution and greater self-acceptance. On a further step, you will learn to lead a class or a workshop for a group of people. Designing, preparing, presenting and organization in detail to lead a group of people, needs great awareness and responsibility for the people in your care. You will practice leading sessions and learn from the feedback you receive. You will learn about ethics and standard of practice as well as explore the qualities of a good leader. At the end, you will integrate your insights into your further development to lead sessions and workshops and make a professional assessment of your activity. One day will be dedicated to the presentation of the seminars prepared according to the Level 3 or 4 of the Therapist training. We will end the trainings year with two days of vision process for the trainees. This process includes sharings, feedback, creating a vision and hanging out together and appreciating the friendship formed during this Therapist Training.
