Tan-Ju Winter training

For teenagers from age 14 to 20

Tan-Ju is our teenager camp for young people who want to make this world a better place to live in by being open, honest and caring, and by mastering the art of making friends.

You will learn to enjoy being with people, how to have a good time, express your feelings, solve conflicts, take care of each other, share your secrets, and support each other to become great friends. You will learn to say ‘no’ to what is hurtful and give a full ‘yes’ to what feels good.

We will join the adult group for meditations and/or sessions in the morning, have a sharing with Chandrika and then, in the afternoon, join in the community as a worker. In the evening you can hang out and dance in the ‘Boozeria’, our disco, or hang out with each other and have a good time.

You will grow respect for yourself and each other, and you will discover that you are perfect just the way you are.
