Once I accept all parts of me, the light and the dark, I can relax and feel safe from within. From that space of acceptance, I feel finally free and brave enough to look at what I want, and from there I can start to create my life how I like it. In this workshop we will dare to be honest with ourselves. That means we can look at and express what we like and don’t like. It also means to see where we judge ourselves and hold back, where we stop living our truth and our wishes. As we are doing this together in a safe and supportive environment, you’re empowered to make the switch to embrace all of you and move forward in a self-loving way.
