In this workshop we will dare to be honest with ourselves. That means we can look at and express what we like and don’t like. It also means to see where we judge ourselves and hold back, where we stop living our truth and our wishes. As we are doing this together in a safe and supportive environment, you’re empowered to make the switch to embrace all of you and move forward in a self-loving way.
