In this intensive Encounter training, you will transform the way you relate to yourself and the world by practicing revealing yourself and communicating in an honest and clear way.

Take all of your relationships in your life right now: they reflect your habits, beliefs, behavior and attitudes, as well as your ability to create and your potential for growth and fulfillment.

In the safe space of the group you will release old patterns and unnecessary protection through emotional expression and connection. Then deeper issues of trust and relating can come up, be confronted and healed. You will enjoy feeling more at home in yourself.

We will use basic and innovative encounter techniques to face negative beliefs and judgements, and look at what is behind them. Like this, you can see yourself and others with more compassion. The goal of Humaniversity Encounter is to resolve interpersonal conflicts and transform them into beautiful and authentic relationships.
