Description

“Free to be me” means that everybody has the right to be themselves, to feel good and explore their sexuality, to discover what gives them pleasure and to be amazed about their unique way of being a man or a woman. In an exciting and surprising, yet relaxed atmosphere, we will practice how to meet another person. You will learn how to communicate what you need, what you want to give and what you want to receive; this is essential to feel good about yourself. It opens the door to a colorful life! We will explore different areas of sexuality and deal with the obstacles in the way that prevent us from expressing ourselves freely. This gives the space to experience pleasure and find out about our natural state of ecstasy. We aim towards you feeling comfortable in your body as a woman or as a man. When you can accept yourself, you can go beyond the physical experience and reach greater heights. From sex to super consciousness, via the body to the heart and meditation!
