One Year Intensive Program – Imagine yourself one year from now – are you still sitting in the same chair, chained to your desk or your phone, and wishing for a better life, a better job, a better relationship, a better you?

A commitment to creating lasting change

As our most comprehensive program, the One Year Intensive Program provides you with 365 days of everything the Humaniversity has to offer including individual, group, and communal therapy.

 By the end of the year, you will have gained

• more clarity about what you want and what makes you happy
• feeling more connected and in tune with yourself and your emotions
• the skill to navigate challenging situations and come up with positive and creative solutions.
• the capacity and the courage to make a connection with everyone
• many close and meaningful friendships
• trust in your own intuition and that you are lovable
• a lot of experience in successfully relating with others and being yourself

The One Year Intensive Program includes participation in

• The Tourist Program (2 x)
• The Student Program (including 1 weekend workshop per month)
• The month-long summer group “WOW”
• The workshops “AUM Marathon”, “Bliss Beyond Fear” and “Coming Together”
• Accelerated participation in the Therapist Training

The program is ongoing. You can start any day of the year after a successful interview.

Communal therapy is the best process to create change. Instead of seeing a psychoanalyst once a week, for five years… instead of going home and recuperating, you are in an environment where everybody is your teacher. After sessions, you are able to follow up what you have learned and apply it in your living situation here at the Humaniversity. Your whole life is involved in the learning process, and everybody takes care of each other. In communal therapy, if you are not happy, everybody is responsible for you.
