About Healing Trauma
In this workshop you will learn effective techniques that reactivate the healing power of the subconscious. Feelings are either expressed or repressed. When expressed they are released through the body, and we feel emotions like happiness, anger, sadness, joy. When we don't express our feelings for whatever reason, we are stuck and the same or similar situation seems to come back repeatedly. This happens so that we can take a look at the situation, learn from it and complete it. So each trauma or conflict is actually an opportunity to heal and learn about ourselves. During this weekend you will practice several methods to help you to examine the situations which create stress in your life. This stress can be released, so that the energy that was used to block your feelings is now used to express your feelings. Then you regain the freedom to feel and to open your heart for love and creativity.
This group is known for its gentle approach and provides a safe space to open up to the healing of traumatic events such as loss of loved ones, abuse, being bullied, punishment, accidents, failure experiences, birth trauma, first love, divorce etc.
