About Talking to Your Body Mind Training
OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your Body Mind
We will already start during the Festival, (entry for 38.00) with the first two sessions, which can be booked additionally, and then continue daily for another 7 days, plus 1 day for evaluation, questions and feedback. (This training is 10 days in total)
The sessions are held daily from 7:30 am to 12.30 pm.
This workshop is non-residential.
Food and accommodation optional for a fee.
You can have food & accommodation only, or you can also combine practicing the meditation, living and working in the community for 5 hours, sharing and celebrating together.
Food & accommodation only: 90.00 per day
Food & accommodation with 5hrs work & participation in the community: 30.00 per day
The Training (for Women only),
The first hour of the training will be a process of self-hypnosis with love and awareness will relax and help you to become friends with your body. Stress and unhealthy habits will melt away as you learn to connect with your unconscious mind. The result: a healthy life full of happiness and well-being!
After every daily session, you will receive the tools you need to share this unique process with others. Your own process will deepen as you discover the special way it works for you.
