About Wellness Week: Burnout Recovery
Get away from your daily routine, stress and work - add meditation, healthy food, strengthening exercises and friendship. This week is ideal for people who are burnt-out, overloaded, tired, and miss the sparkle of life. It's a week of deep-cleansing for the body, mind and soul. The state of burn-out is in discussion since years. More and more people complain about lack of motivation, concentration and feelings of unhappiness. Burn-out can become so overwhelming that it is impossible to lead your life the way you want to. When looking for the causes of burn-out, psychological and physical aspects need to be examined.
The burn-out recovery week will start with an evaluation of your condition. With darkfield microscopy it is possible to look at the condition of the blood, which shows a lack of oxygen due to toxins, malnutrition, acidity or other regulatory blockages of your body, and helps you to define your personal focus for this week.
Due to lack of time we tend to make unhealthy choices when it comes down to nutrition. Fast food without nutritious value is offered to us all the time. If we want to stay healthy, we need to know how our body functions and what it needs to maintain these functions optimally. During the past 20 years much research has been done on the nutritious values of many different vegetables and fruits. To study and to integrate this information into your life will be part of this course. You will learn about foods that block the self-regulation of your body as well as find out which nutrients your body is deficient of. Finally you will be able to make personalized plan of your optimal menu that keeps your energy levels up.
During the course you will follow specific treatments and a diet to:
- detox and strengthen the liver, which is the organ that leaves us tired when it is overworked due to toxins and stress
- to clean the colon
- to strengthen the blood
- to clean the intra- and extracellular system
- learn to optimize your nutrition
Unresolved conflicts and withheld feelings are other factors that take away our energy. They want to come out, and when we deny them, they will come out sideways. When we are unaware of this process, we feel caught up in the circumstances of our situation and powerless - while all you need is to take charge of your feelings again! This week you will learn powerful techniques that enable you to reveal the subconscious activities, reverse their negative programs and discover that you are the master of your life.
